Los Angeles -- The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), in collaboration with Reform Immigration For America, PWC, Unite Here, CARECEN, and COFEM deliver more than 110,000 signatures Tuesday, February 2, 2016, petitioning the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) local Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office to halt immigration raids immediately.
